Orders

By placing an order with SHARXWORLD, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock or production issues.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Products & Made-to-Order Prints

Our prints are produced to order. Colours and appearance may vary slightly between what is displayed on your screen and the physical product due to differences in screens, printing processes and materials.

Please carefully check your selected size, frame and other product options before completing your purchase.

As our prints are made to order, returns and cancellations may be restricted as explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy and subject to your statutory consumer rights.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Prices, promotions and discounts may change at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed when your order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing errors.

Payment must be successfully authorised before your order can be processed.

Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Orders are shipped with tracking where stated. Once tracking confirms that an order has been delivered to the address supplied at checkout, please contact us promptly if you believe there is a delivery issue.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, contact us at info@sharxworld.com within 14 days of delivery with your order details and photographs showing the issue.

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns & Refunds

Because SHARXWORLD prints are produced to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges simply because you have changed your mind or selected the wrong size or option, where applicable law permits this.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights, including your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise do not conform to your contract.

Intellectual Property

All SHARXWORLD branding, logos, website graphics, layouts and original content are owned by or licensed to SHARXWORLD and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially used without permission.

Any third-party names, trademarks or imagery remain the property of their respective owners where applicable.

Website Use

You must not misuse our website, attempt to interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software, access restricted areas without authorisation, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe the website is being misused.

Third-Party Services
